Hourly rates are detailed in the internet-published price lists.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Clients are required to have liability insurance covering their animals. This coverage should include potential escapes or any damages caused to third parties or their property, even under the careful supervision of the Paws Concierge team.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of sickness or injury to the dog during a walk, the Paws Concierge team has the authority to consult a veterinarian. Whenever possible, your own veterinarian will be contacted. If not feasible due to organizational or time constraints, the nearest veterinarian will be visited. The costs of treatment are the responsibility of the owner, who will be promptly notified.
CANCELLATIONS
Payments are to be made in advance. Any cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA – IMAGE AND VIDEO PUBLICATION
Images and videos may be captured during services, showcasing your animal. If you prefer that your animal is not featured in our marketing materials or on social media, please inform us accordingly.
